Sign ups for Soldat World Cup 2009 are open now. We hope that every country manages to make their teams without any troubles. We recommend that each community make use of democracy if they can't get unanimity of everyone about the people who should be in the roster. Use polls if necessary.
Sign ups will be open for one or two weeks and once we know how many teams will participate we will finalize rules and annouce them.
